I had the chance to attend the 4th Putrajaya International Hot Balloon Fiesta 2012, which was held at Monumen Alaf Baru, Precinct 2, Putrajaya from 15th to18th March 2012, starting from 7am to 9pm. An estimation of over 250,000 visitors and more than 25 balloonists around the world participating this 4-day event.
